What is Emergent?
Emergent is an AI-powered vibe coding agent that helps you build full-stack, production-ready applications from plain English prompts. Whether it's frontend, backend, authentication, or deployment, Emergent delivers working software in under an hour.
Who is Emergent for?
- Developers who want to build faster
- PMs and operators building internal tools
- Solo founders, tech teams shipping MVPs and beyond
- Individuals with 0 coding experience looking to build their first product
Why Emergent?
- Fully functional code from prompt to production
- Covers frontend, backend, auth, and secure deployment
- Eliminates boilerplate setup and DevOps pain
- GitHub integration, testing, and live preview built-in
How is Emergent different?
- The world’s first truly agentic vibe coding platform!
- Conversational interface, not a form-based builder
- Handles deployment, auth, and infra from day one
- Focuses on first mile (setup) as well as last mile (deploy & monitor)
📅 How do I start a task?
- To start a new task with the agent : Begin with a clear prompt describing what you want to build.
The agent will ask clarifying questions about:
- Project type (web app, mobile app, backend service, etc.)
- Technologies you prefer to use (frameworks, languages).
- Key features and functionality.
- Any specific requirements or constraints.
- Answer these questions to help the agent understand your needs.
- The agent will then create an initial project structure based on your responses.
- Review the proposed structure and provide feedback to refine it
Best Practices:
· Be as specific as possible in your initial prompt
· Clearly state your preferred technologies
· Mention any must-have features or requirements
· Share references or examples of similar projects if available
· Use concise and targeted prompts instead of large prompts
What are E1 and E1.1 agents?
E1 is our stable version, with comprehensive testing sub agent that handles both frontend and backend testing in a single, integrated process. While this approach takes longer and costs more, it provides reliable, hands-off testing that's ideal for production projects and client work where consistency is critical.
E1.1 is our experimental version, with modular testing sub agent that separates frontend and backend testing for greater flexibility and cost efficiency. It starts with backend testing, then prompts you to either handle frontend testing yourself or use our dedicated frontend testing agent. This approach is significantly cheaper and faster for backend-focused work but requires more user interaction and is still being refined. Additionally, E1.1 offers enhanced compatibility with third-party integrations and external services.
Choose E1 when you need reliable, comprehensive testing without user intervention.
Choose E1.1 when you want cost-effective, flexible testing with better third-party integration support, and don't mind being more hands-on with the process.
